A six-week journey to understand your child, recognise your own reactions and discover a more connected way of parenting.
Maybe it's bedtime, homework, a phone, or a conversation that goes nowhere. You promise yourself you'll stay calm, but something in you tightens. Afterwards, you wonder why such a small moment
became so difficult.
Instead of another set of rules about how to be a 'good parent', this programme offers space to understand what happens between you — and what becomes possible when you notice your own
experience too.
Become curious about your child's feelings, needs and developmental stage — without excusing harmful behaviour.
Notice the body sensations, emotions and familiar reactions that arise when parenting becomes difficult.
Practise boundaries, communication and repair that respect both your child and yourself.
Look beyond the immediate conflict to the feelings and needs that may be present.
Explore how emotional safety, closeness and independence change as children grow.
Understand emotional regulation and what happens inside us when emotions run high.
Meet resistance and emerging independence with curiosity and age-appropriate limits.
Practice holding clear boundaries without turning every disagreement into a battle.
Reflect on personal patterns, repair and the choices you want to carry forward.

IAHIP Accredited Psychotherapist
Integral & Relational Body Psychotherapy
My work is rooted in early development, relationships and the connection between our emotional experiences and our bodies.
As a psychotherapist and a parent, I'm interested not only in how we relate to our children, but also in what parenting helps us discover about ourselves.
This is not about perfect parenting. It's about getting to know ourselves, staying curious and finding our way back to connection.

No. This is a parenting education and reflection programme, informed by relational body psychotherapy. It does not replace individual therapy or specialist support.
Personal group discussions will not be recorded. Any separate teaching recordings would be confirmed in advance with appropriate consent.
Parents and carers are welcome. Places and fees are per participant unless otherwise confirmed when registration opens.
You'll receive an email when dates and registration details are available. Joining the list doesn't commit you to purchasing a place.
You don't have to become a perfect parent. You can begin by becoming more aware, more connected and more able to choose how you respond.
